Amazing customer service with a fantastic driver. Barbie was not only incredibly pleasant, but a highly skilled driver that made us feel safe and got us to our destination efficiently. The bus was clean and comfortable. I love that they connect you with your driver to ensure connectivity and the assurance that you will be taken care of on your journey. I could not recommend this company enough. It was a wonderful experience.

Chris our driver was great. Such a pleasure to leave the driving to him. I have used Jimmy's Limo Service several times and highly recommend them- their cars are clean , beautifully maintained and drivers are neatly dressed, polite and personable.

This limo company is the best. I have used them twice now. The booking process is a breeze and they have great communication. They answer any questions you might have and it doesn’t take forever to get a reply. They usually get back to me in 5 to 10 minutes.They keep you updated on the status of your Limo up until you are actually in the car.

The first time we booked we got the Chrysler 300 Stretched Limo and Victoria was our driver.
She is a sweetheart. She’s very punctual and courteous and by the end of the ride she feels like family. Our second time out we reserved the Chrysler Limo again. The company contacted us the day before our outing and said the air-conditioning was not working and they offered to upgrade us to the Mercedes Sprinter Limo Van. We really didn’t want a van, but we said yes, and all of us are glad we did. The Van was sweet. It was actually better than the limo! And, of course, we requested Victoria and was able to get her.

Excellent experience overall. The service was smooth from start to finish, and our driver, Chris, made everything feel effortless and easy. He even went out of his way to help the girls in heels get on and off the bus, which did not go unnoticed. We used this service for wedding transportation between photos, venues, and after wedding activities, and everything was perfectly coordinated. In addition to taking great care of the bridal party, he also helped shuttle guests to and from the hotel and wedding venue as part of the 12 hour service package. Additionally, during the booking process, everyone involved with the company was very easy to communicate with, clearly explained the services, and was consistently responsive. There were no surprises on the day of. Communication, especially at the end of the night, was clear and seamless. The bus was clean, always on time, and the entire experience was genuinely enjoyable. No complaints at all, highly recommend.

My husband and I have used Jimmy's Limo Service for dozens of trips to the airport as well as for party bus and limousine services over the last few years, and the experience has consistently been excellent.

Their communication is always clear and proactive, which makes scheduling completely stress-free. Whether it’s a planned trip or a last-minute request, they’re highly responsive and accommodating. Every ride I’ve taken has been on time, and the level of reliability is exactly what you want when coordinating travel or events.

Special shoutout to Kevin Foy, who has been especially great to work with - professional, dependable, and attentive to details that make the experience smooth from start to finish.

Overall, this is a service I trust and continue to use regularly. I highly recommend them for airport transportation, party buses, limo service, or any occasion where dependable transportation matters.

Jimmy's was very easy to work with from start to finish. Every question I had was answered quickly and accurately. There were check-ins and confirmations along the way so that we were always on the same page. The bus driver was very professional, and also flexible and friendly. I am very glad we chose to work with them.

We had the pleasure of being chauffeured around by Kim on our daughter’s wedding day! She was great at communicating, showed up promptly and got us to each spot right on time! The party bus was clean, had coolers and ice, and blue tooth so that we could play some fun music along the way! It was comfortable and spacious! Would 10/10 recommend!!
